### Install Defender Control

Unzip the file (Password: sordum)

Run dControl.exe

Disable Windows Defender

### Disable Virtualization

1. Check If Virtualization is Enabled or Disabled \[MUST BE DISABLED]\

If enabled you must disable it in your BIOS

Everyones BIOS settings are different \
1To find your Mother Board Model \
(Windows Search > System Information )\
Will be Labeled as \
BaseBoard Manufacturer\
Base Board Product\
Go through the Instruction Manual PDF of that motherboard, or Google/ Youtube

**Updated July 2025 – Overlay System Split by GPU for Better Stability**

### 🎮 Overlay Requirements

We now use different overlays based on your GPU:

* ✅ **AMD Users** – Use Overwolf
* ✅ **NVIDIA Users** – Use NVIDIA GeForce Experience In-Game Overlay

#### 🔍 How to Check Your GPU

1. Press Windows + R, type `dxdiag`, and hit Enter.
2. Go to the Display tab and look for your GPU name (NVIDIA or AMD).

### 🟣 AMD GPU Setup (Overwolf)

1. Download and install Overwolf: <https://www.overwolf.com/>
2. Open Overwolf and ensure the overlay is enabled.
3. Keep Overwolf running in the background.
4. Launch the cheat normally.

### 🟢 NVIDIA GPU Setup (GeForce Overlay)

1. Open GeForce Experience.
2. Go to Settings > General and turn ON In-Game Overlay.
3. Press Alt + Z to verify the overlay is working.
4. Keep it running in the background.
5. Launch the cheat – overlay will auto-inject.

⚠️ **Do NOT use Overwolf with NVIDIA** – this may cause crashes or instability.

#### ❗ Before You Start

* If you're using an HWID Spoofer, run it before the loader (highly recommended).
* Make sure you're logged into Steam.

#### 🚀 How to Use the Loader

1. Spoof first (if applicable).
2. Run the loader.
3. Rust will launch automatically.
4. You're ready – enjoy the game!

### 🧪 Troubleshooting Tips

#### Error Codes

**0xC0000100**

* Try a VPN/loading again.

**0xC0000108** **0xC0000109** **0xC000010A** **0xC000040D**

* Uninstall recent windows updates.

**0xC000020D**

* Reload the loader, most likely caused by high demand.

**0xC0000500**

* You need to reinject a few times, otherwise reinstall windows.

**NVIDIA USERS ONLY: Failed to enable overlay** Open NVIDIA App, and disable the overlay and re-enable it.

**RADEON USERS ONLY: Menu not showing up after waiting in main menu for a while** Open Overwolf, go to "Overlay & Hotkeys", enable the rust toggle.

**Loader closing while loading without opening game**

1. Generate new loader and put it in it's own folder
2. Uninstall and reinstall overwolf (<https://download.overwolf.com/install/Download>)
3. Reinstall visual c++ redistributables (<https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe>)
4. Reinstall direct x end user runtimes (<https://download.microsoft.com/download/1/7/1/1718ccc4-6315-4d8e-9543-8e28a4e18c4c/dxwebsetup.exe>)
5. Restart PC

#### No overlay?

* Make sure you're using the correct one (Overwolf or NVIDIA).
* Restart Steam and the loader.
* Close conflicting overlays (Discord, Steam, etc.)
